Welcome to Heidi's World!

Merry Christmas!

Have a brilliant Christmas everyone. And a Fab New Year in 2012.

Looking forward to some pretty cool events myself.

In early January, I can’t wait to welcome a brand new niece to the world! So cool having babies to cuddle that you don’t have to wake up ten times a night to feed.

In March 2012, I have TWO new books out: Cupcakes and Killer Heels is finally getting it’s US debut as a Harlequin Presents Extra, and The Good, the Bad and the Wild hits shelves in the UK and Ireland as a Mills & Boon Riva – as soon as I have a cover, I’ll pop up a sneak peek on the site, so watch this space.

And in April 2012, Romantic Times announces it’s Reviewers Choice Award winners, and for the first time ever I have a nominated book – Surf, Sea and a Sexy Stranger – in the Harlequin Presents Extra category.

Party Time!

Had a high old time at the RNA Winter Party last night in the rarefied surroundings of The Library of the IMeche on Birdcage Walk… As usual I didn’t do much networking, just gossiped with Sharon Kendrick, Natalie Rivers, Fiona Harper and some of the lovely M&B eds… And had a great fangirl moment meeting Kate Lace who’s books I adore.

Katie Fforde was there to unveil the brand new Romantic Novelists’ Association logo: very pretty, very pink, perfectly in keeping with the organisation it represents and matching my dress… So I give it the thumbs up!

And the winners are…

Thanks so much to everyone who entered my website competition. I’m delighted to announce the two winners of a signed copy of On the First Night of Christmas were selected at random this morning by one of my sons! So:

Phil C

Erin K

Come on down! If they would like to contact me with their snail mail addresses I’ll stick their prizes in the post asap.

Sorry to everyone who entered and didn’t get a copy, but if you want to buy a copy (hint, hint!) it’s available now in the UK and North America.

Last chance to win a copy of On the First Night of Christmas

You only have until midnight tonight to enter my website competition to win a copy of On the First Night of Christmas.

Question: Which iconic London department store is Cassie standing in front of when she gets splashed by Jace’s Merc?

You’ll need to look at the sneak peak on the book page for the answer and then send it to me using the contact form on the site! Good luck. I’ll be announcing the winner here tomorrow.
