Merry Christmas!

Have a brilliant Christmas everyone. And a Fab New Year in 2012.

Looking forward to some pretty cool events myself.

In early January, I can’t wait to welcome a brand new niece to the world! So cool having babies to cuddle that you don’t have to wake up ten times a night to feed.

In March 2012, I have TWO new books out: Cupcakes and Killer Heels is finally getting it’s US debut as a Harlequin Presents Extra, and The Good, the Bad and the Wild hits shelves in the UK and Ireland as a Mills & Boon Riva – as soon as I have a cover, I’ll pop up a sneak peek on the site, so watch this space.

And in April 2012, Romantic Times announces it’s Reviewers Choice Award winners, and for the first time ever I have a nominated book – Surf, Sea and a Sexy Stranger – in the Harlequin Presents Extra category.

Hello, folks! So what do you think of my snazzy new website? Amazing or what? There’s a whole new backlist page (with really rather too much info on linked books – I got a bit carried away there, I admit it!), Coming Soon and In the Works info, some new photos, a new bio… This is Heidi being a serious, professional author at last. So enjoy!

And to add to my excitement, my new book On the First Night of Christmas… is out this month just in time for Christmas (funnily enough) and for the first time ever I have a simultaneous release on both sides of the Atlantic. Imagine, you could buy it as a Mills and Boon Riva at the Eason’s on O’Connell Street in Dublin and then pop on a plane and get it as a Harlequin Presents Extra in Barnes and Noble on Fifth Avenue in NYC on the same day… Not that you’d actually do that, unless you were my mother, but I think that’s pretty cool nonetheless.

So to celebrate how coolio that is (and the launch of my new website!) I’m giving away two copies of the book. All you have to do is go to the new Books page, find the sneak peek of On the First Night of Christmas… and tell me which London department store my heroine Cassie is standing in front of when she gets splashed by my hero Jace’s Mercedes. Then use the contact form to give me the answer and I’ll announce the two lucky winners here on Monday 14th November!
